Assist the Officer, Houston

Assist the Officer, Houston

Campbell Concrete & Materials has a themed concrete mixer truck in support of the Assist the Officer program in Houston. Founded in 1993, Assist the Officer is a tax-exempt, non profit organization under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code 501 (c) 3, providing short-term, immediate need financial assistance to peace officers in the Greater Houston area critically injured or disabled in the line of duty.

Campbell MADD Truck

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)

Campbell Concrete and Materials in Houston, TX, unveiled a themed mixer truck in support of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). The truck honors one of the company’s drivers, Rafael Guerrero and his family. Rafael, his wife Alejandra, their son Luis Angel and Alejandra's brother Gilberto Ortega Jr. were all killed in a drunk driving crash. 

The MADD themed truck helps communicate to the community that Campbell Concrete & Materials and its employees are actively involved in campaigning against driving under the influence and supporting the victims of driving under the influence related accidents.  

Campbell KNOWAutism Truck

KNOWAutism Foundation

Campbell Concrete & Materials, LLC operates a custom-painted concrete mixer truck in support of the KNOWAutism Foundation, a Houston-based non-profit organization. By displaying the foundation’s logo on the truck’s drum, the company intends to promote the foundation’s mission of increasing autism awareness and helping families affected by autism by providing education and resources.

Chris Cardenas, Purchasing Contracts Manager for Campbell Concrete & Materials, sits on the Board of Directors for the KNOWAutism Foundation.
