Highstreet is a 600,000 square foot, open-air, regional shopping centre anchored by Wal-Mart Supercentre, London Drugs, Marshalls and a Cineplex VIP Cinema. 

This three-level shopping centre features main street style shopping and dining with one and two-storey buildings on the upper podium level, and 1,400 covered parking stalls on the lower level. 

The development's compact design delivers a higher order of density than traditional regional retail projects and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified project, making it one of the first in Canada for large scale retail projects.

Unique Facts: This iconic structure of the 2010 Winter Olympics has won over 30 design and innovation awards. The construction process required close collaboration to ensure that this spectacular vision was realized and ready for opening day. Designed to resemble a bird’s wings in flight, this facility, with its unique construction challenges, was completed on time and on budget.

Project Overview: The Richmond Olympic Oval is a breathtaking venue on the banks of the Fraser River and winner of the Institution of Structural Engineers top award for Sports or Leisure Structures.

Home to long track speed skating during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the Oval offers an inspiring environment for all ages and skill levels to progress towards their own personal podiums.
