Our Hanson Downingtown Quarry in Pennsylvania welcomed Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA-06) on October 6 for a visit and plant tour. The Congresswoman and her district staff spent valuable time visiting with many of our folks and learned a great deal about how we literally build our economy. Members of the Hanson team were also joined by Peter Vlahos, President & CEO of the Pennsylvania Aggregates & Concrete Association (PACA) for the tour. 

Rep. Houlahan later posted on her Facebook page of the visit -

“Today, I toured the Downingtown Quarry and, yes, even witnessed one of their planned rock explosions! Very cool.”
