Heidelberg Materials Strengthens Recycling Focus in Key Midwest Market

Heidelberg Materials North America is pleased to announce it has two new sales yards in the Chicago metropolitan area for the company’s Revolve Recycled Aggregates. The Little Calumet Yard, in Chicago, Illinois, and the Gary Yard in Gary, Indiana, both offer recycled concrete aggregates for sale to customers looking for responsibly sourced and circular solutions for their sustainable construction projects.

Heidelberg Materials is working with a strategic partner, Z Materials, to accept clean construction or demolition debris (CCDD) and concrete rubble at these two convenient locations and then process it into aggregates for use in ready mixed concrete and base material. The product will be marketed under the brand name Revolve™.

“These two new sales yards mark an important step in strengthening our focus on recycling and recycled materials in this key market,” said Jim Bottom, Vice President & General Manager for Heidelberg Materials in Illinois. “We are excited to showcase our Revolve™ line of recycled aggregate products and increase the availability of sustainable and circular solutions in this growing market.”

The company invites you to email Jennifer Adamson at jennifer.adamson@heidelbergmaterials.com for information on Revolve™ and details on concrete materials intake. Please visit www.heidelbergmaterials.us for additional information.
